The paella experience, step by step
The service starts with a short aperitif: vermouth, ibérico ham, seasonal appetizers. Meanwhile, the paella pan is set up in a visible spot so guests can watch the fire work.
Depending on the menu, the paella is finished with red prawns, wagyu, artichokes, foie or the pairing of your choice. Rice is served directly from the pan to the table — at the perfect texture and temperature.
